Reissue of Unlock Codes

Your original serial number and unlock code are available for reissue at no cost.

If your program's serial number changes, your unlock code also changes.
You will need to purchase a new, different unlock code.

This change in serial numbers could occur when you:

• Reinstall on the same computer (rather than using your backup copy)
• Install on another computer (rather than using your backup copy)
• Install a new version (upgrade)
• Neglect to make a backup copy and your computer suffers a mechanical failure

To prevent the need for having to reinstall and purchase another unlock code for your program, make a full Program Backup Copy of the program as permitted by your license purchase. This backup copy will have the same serial number / unlock code as the original installation.

We recommend frequent Program Backups of the program and its data to prevent the loss of records and the program.

FYI:

You have the option of downloading the latest version (upgrade) of a program and buying an unlock code.

Note:

These unlocking codes can be purchased at any time, even before the trial period is over.
We reserve the right to modify this policy without advance notice.
No refunds after an unlock code is issued.
