We are currently updating our programs.
(including PDF generation)

There may be a PDF issue for some users.

Optional: These E-Mail Fixes are not needed for most users.

• Has no effect on other program functions
• Has no effect on standard printing (completely unrelated)

Note: We do not permit on-screen signatures.
(Legal and security reasons)

Suggestion - Create a Single PDF File

Print & Scan

• Put the desired record on-screen.
• Print the Form(s).
  
  • Click the (Print) button (Yellow Menu Bar).
  • Choose from the print options presented.
• Sign your form(s).
• Scan your form(s) together as one file.
  • Save as a PDF or other image as provided by your scanner software.
• E-mail this file or save to a job folder.
