Effective January 2011, the form name is changing from the G702 CMa to G732.
This CMa form is included in our Application for Payment G702 - G703 program.
The Construction Manager / Architect form (CMa) will continue to be used with the existing G703.

Solution
Your existing program's form title can be modified.
See "Edit Form" (yellow menu bar).
Select: G702 CMa format
Change the title to G732.
