Unlock Code Issues

If your Unlock Code is not being accepted, then it is likely that your Serial Number has changed.

A change in serial numbers will occur when you:

• Re-Install on the same computer (instead of using your backup copy).
• Install on another computer (instead of using your backup copy).
• Install a new version (upgrade).
• Neglect to make a backup copy and your computer suffers a mechanical failure.
  (This includes hard drive failure, viruses, crashes or deletions.)

If you have "lost" your program for any reason,
there is no way to restore your program and records unless you have made a "Backup" copy.
A "Re-Install" of your original program is achieved by using your Backup Copy.

If your program's serial number changes, for any reason, your unlock code will also change.
You will need to buy a new, different unlock code.

Solutions:

1. Use your Backup Copy of the program, which will contain your data.
   When properly copied, you will not need an unlock code.
   


2. Verify that the program is actually "lost".
   The program may still be on your computer

3. Download the latest version of your program (free and in Demo mode).
   Visit our Free Download Page.
   
   For continued use of the program, you will need to buy a new unlock code.
   

Protect your program and records.
Make periodic backup copies.

Each new installation generates a new and different Serial Number and Unlock Code.
There are no "discounts" or "bundles" offered on any purchase.
